The Petaluma Health Care District board President received a notice of resignation from Dr. David Anderson resigning from the Board of Directors effective as of November 5, 2008.
The Petaluma Health Care District Board of Directors is seeking applications from persons willing to be appointed by the Board to serve on the board in the vacant position. The person appointed to fill the vacancy shall hold office until the next scheduled general district election, and thereafter until the person who is elected at that election to fill the vacancy has been qualified.
Applicants must reside within the Petaluma Health Care District Boundaries.
Interested applicants must apply no later than Friday, November 21, 2008, at 5:00pm at the Petaluma Health Care District office, 1425 North McDowell Blvd, Suite 103.
